About the Founder

Salma Gouda - Founder and Chef

A passionate home-baker who decided to take it to the next level. Back in 2019, Salma decided to learn from The Orfali Brothers and obtain a certificate in Dubai “The Art of Choux” in the ICAA Culinary School. And with that, her love of Choux was born and decided to share it with her community in Egypt.
